Web Standards were the inspiration for the new, checkyourvector.com, with ease of use and dynamic content in mind. This site utilizes vaild xhtml 1.0 strict, as the markup language, valid CSS1, to handle the frontend layout. A majority of the content is handled dynamically using PHP in conjunction with a MySQL database. This Allows users to easily view and sort all projects. This allows me to update the site instantly from any where I have an Internet connection and a few free minutes.

›› About Myself

Anthony F. Collurafici, born in Baltimore, raised in Bel Air Maryland. Traditional arts have been a big part of my life. I took every art class available from elementary school through high school. I developed an interest in programming in the 6th grade when an upperclassman showed me how to make a number guessing game on my TI-82 graphing calculator. I later upgraded to a TI-85, the next year, spending most of my middle school class time making games, like blackjack and skifree. Moving onto high school, I chose as electives q-basic and C++. Senior year, my art teacher introduced me to Photoshop 4.0, which ultimately led me to choose, Full Sail University for my continuing education. At Full Sail, with programs like Macromedia Flash, and Dreamweaver, I discovered the best environment to bring design and programming together is on the Web.
